Oregon Victim Notification System Error

On Friday, March 20, 2015, Oregon’s VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) system had a major technical problem resulting in incorrect messages being sent to victims.  The messages incorrectly informed victims that inmates were being released from prison.

These messages were inaccurate and were sent in error.  Victims are encouraged to contact their victim advocate directly, or to call (503)-988-3222.
