OREGON PAROLE BOARD EXPANDS DEFINITION OF “VICTIM”

Earlier this summer, the Oregon Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision adopted a new rule – expanding the definition of “victim” and, by doing so, allowing for greater access to, and input from, victims of crime.  This change comes as a result of the persistent hard work of many people, including Deputy District Attorney Russ Ratto.
