Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill and Department of Community Justice Director Scott Taylor speak before the board during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. The District Attorney’s Office and Department of Community Justice are working together on an innovative crime victims’ portal.
“One of my top priorities as District Attorney has been to enhance services to victims of crime in our community,” said Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill. “The project will make use of cutting-edge technology to keep victims informed as a case works its way through the system. It promises to be a new era of 21st century services and what we believe is the first of its kind in the country.”
