Rod Underhill is the elected District Attorney in Multnomah County.   • Party Bus Investigation
    February 14, 2013

    On September 29, 2012, 12 year old Angie Hernandez and 31 of her friends were in a rented bus en route to a Quinceanera downtown. As the bus made a slow turn, Angie was sitting on the top of a seat with her back against a window and fell backward through the window onto the street near the intersection of SW Harrison and SW First Avenue in Portland. Angie was fatally injured by the bus during the turn and she died at the scene.
